Phase II Renovation of The Knowledge Center – Chaddock
Base Bid – Phase II Renovation of The Knowledge Center – Architechnics, Inc Project Number 6243.
a. Work consists of:
1) Minor demolition, new flooring, painting, SAT ceilings, lighting, some wood stud and drywall ceiling work, new doors, electrical work, minor plumbing and mechanical work, etc in existing building.
2) New parking lot with exterior lighting.
3) Alternate bids – aluminum storefront replacement, roof replacement with EPDM membrane.
b. All work can begin immediately upon award of contract. All work must be substantially completed by February 28, 2024.
