New Dry Storage Facility for Frankford Farm Supply
A new 50’-0” x 75’-0” concrete and wood stud wall structure with an eave height of 16’-0”. The roof will be comprised of wood trusses and asphalt shingles. Portions of the exterior are covered with vinyl siding. A concrete floor slab and equipment slab outside of the building is included. Two overhead doors, a sliding door and two “man-doors” are part of the work. Electrical work, material conveying and excavation into the hillside for the building will be provided by owner. Foundation excavations will be by the contractor. A base bid will be taken for cast-in-place concrete walls and another base bid will be taken for precast concrete walls. There is no plumbing or mechanical work on this project.
