Architechnics was the architect-engineer for a phased development plan to design new science teaching labs for the north campus facility. The projects were designed and constructed in a phased approach so that all work could take place within the three month summer break so that classes will not be interrupted. The full build-out of all science labs and support spaces were completed over a phased five-year period. Complete re-design of the space was completed with chemical resistant flooring materials, new wall and ceiling finishes, all new science casework with a complete upgrade of all infrastructure utilities (new water piping, chemical resistant drain-waste-vent piping, new gas piping, new electric power distribution, new lighting).
