Work consists of remodeling 6300 square feet of existing lab, classroom space and restroom space for new science labs and restrooms. The scope of work includes demolition (walls, flooring, ceiling, MEP); new partition walls; installing new flooring and ceilings; new plumbing fixtures; cabinets; doors; and plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. Work on site begins after May 16, 2025 and must be completed by August 15, 2025.
