Summary:
This project is approximately 100,000 sf in size. Three base bids will be taken:
A: Overlay of existing metal with new metal roof including rigid insulation.
B: Tear off of existing metal roof and replacement and supplement of blown-in insulation.

Two alternate bids will be taken for work at Brown County Elementary School:
