The project consists of the construction and renovation of approximately 4400 sf of interior space in an existing building, including some demolition, new flooring, new ceilings, some new walls, some new doors and windows, new electrical, new plumbing, a new fire suppression system, and new HVAC work. Demolition of approximately 7400 sf of existing membrane roofing and new membrane roofing is included as well. Other exterior work includes new paint on existing plaster cement soffit panels. Hazardous materials will be removed as part of this contract.
