General contractor bids will be received for the following projects:
1. Base Bid A – Phase 2 Asbestos Abatement at Mark Twain Jr/Sr High School –
Architechnics, Inc Project Number 6222.
a. Approximately 7500 sf of abatement of floor tile and mastic.
b. Liquidated damages of $250.00/day will apply to this project.
2. Base Bid B – Phase 2 Interior Renovations and Exterior Improvements at Mark Twain Jr/Sr
High School – Architechnics, Inc Project Number 6206.
a. New flooring, SAT ceilings, lighting, some metal stud and drywall ceiling work, paint,
etc in existing high school. New exterior wayfinding and monument signs, replacing
and new exterior site lighting, exterior metal wall panel work.
b. Liquidated damages of $1,000.00/day will apply to this project.
