Work generally consists of the complete Mechanical / HVAC replacement of approximately
40,000 s.f. of Building B. Work also includes water heater replacement, acoustic tile ceiling
replacement, miscellaneous general construction, lighting fixture replacement, and the addition of
classroom power circuits.
