Project Description: The project consists of a 1,085 square foot single story addition to an existing 1,000 square foot single story building. Work scope includes demolition, site work, foundations, structural, roof demolition and replacement, MEP and interior renovation of the existing spaces. Existing and new structural elements consist of wood framing. The existing and new exterior walls are wood framed with masonry veneer and exterior sheeting. The existing roof contains hazardous material and will be fully removed and replaced. The owner intends to occupy the existing building while work takes place. Temporary shoring, bracing and separations will be required.
