Northeast Power Cooperative hired Architechnics to provide design services for a significant renovation and building addition to their head-quarters building along with several other campus improvements. The original 1960’s era building and 1970 addition were due for much needed upgrades. The project consisted of a complete tear down of existing construction down to structure, including original brick veneer.  New office space was created as well as conference rooms, a cafeteria/kitchen, upper level administration suite and a new telecommunications and dispatching room. The highlight space is a new 800 square foot board room with integrated audio/video and lighting control system for monthly board meeting of the member local electrical cooperatives. The project was delivered via a modified design build arrangement and Paric Construction Management of St. Louis was our partner. It was completed in 2014.
