Prepared Plans and Technical Specifications for the design of a new City Hall Complex, including a new police department, city jail, detention cells, sallyport, including the design of all structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical building components, and the City Hall Annex.

DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL SERVICES

Provide planning & design for the consolidation of (4) four remote city utility departments including Street & Bridge Dept., Transit, Water, and Sanitation. This facility combines all these departments onto a 10 acre campus where they share administrative, planning & engineering offices, vehicle maintenance, equipment storage, material storage, central communication & dispatch, and training.
