Illinois Capital Development Board, New Skilled Care Facility, Illinois Veterans Home. Quincy, IL

The State of Illinois, Department of Public Health has been assigned the task of monitoring the care given at the Illinois Veterans Home. The Capital Development Board hired Architechnics, Inc. to bring the facilities built environment up to the higher standards of IDPH. In the process of developing the strategies for the required changes it was determined that a number of beds would be lost. This Skilled Care Facility replaces those beds.
