Ralls County State Bank, with headquarters in New London, MO, looked to expand its market with a new facility in Hannibal, MO.  The new name was to be RCSB and a new facility was to draw influences from the flagship bank building in New London.  Construction was completed in the spring of 2005.

The one-story building consists of office space for lending officers, financial officers, conference / closing room, four walk up teller stations and four drive up teller lanes. Martin Construction of Hannibal was the general Contractor for the masonry veneer with steel structure featuring a central skylight in the monumental lobby similar to the New London Facility.
