Architechnics, Inc. will provide the necessary scope of services for a fee based on a percentage of the total construction contract.

The percentage of construction cost method is a “tried and true” method to determine the actual services the architect must provide. The bigger the building, the more we must design.

Reimbursable Expenses will be negotiated, but typically include major mailings, printing, and pass-through costs.

Additional Services will be negotiated, but typically include any unanticipated services that may be specifically requested and approved by the owner.
