4855 FIRST BANKERS TRUST

First Bankers Trust Company is building a new banking center in Quincy, IL.  The 30,000+ square foot facility will contain the retail banking facilities including commercial lending, and mortgage lending and the investment center.  The holding company headquarters including the offices of the Chairman and President together with the human resources, marketing, audit departments, and a conference and training center are also located in the building.  Construction is expected to be complete in the Spring of 2011.
